Diskoria
Diskoria is a DJ duo formed by Aat and Merdi who played Indo Disko back to back in their performance. Years ago, they started to notice that a lot of Indonesian music from 70-80s are danceable and collecting the vinyl records. The presence of Diskoria in the realm of Indonesian music is arguably a surprise in itself. Not many excavations of Indonesian disco music have made it to the surface and success been in the spotlight of the wider community. Diskoria is one of them. The decision to only use Indonesian music amid the widespread use of outside music in disco scene is also an attraction and challenge.
